Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa appointed Glenn S. Brown, J.D., to the Los Angeles Animal Services Commission in November 2005. With over twenty five years experience in all areas of the investigation industry, Commissioner Brown brings consummate professionalism and expertise to the Commission. Mr. Brown is Chief Executive Officer, founder, and owner of Fu-Gen, Inc. Research and Investigation.
Mr. Brown is also responsible for managing the Special Investigation Unit that investigates all fraudulent liability claims for the County of Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Mr. Brown is a licensed private investigator in the State of California, and also works as a consultant for employer/employee related issues, accident investigation, and insurance fraud.
Widely renowned in the investigation industry, Mr. Brown has been a featured speaker and conducts workshops in many areas, including fraud detection and prevention, workplace issues, liability issues, and transportation related investigations.
Mr. Brown is recipient of numerous awards including Businessman of the Year (BAPAC), and Small Business Enterprise of the Year (LACMTA). He has also served as Director of the Beverly Hills YMCA.
Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Texaco Leadership Institute and the University of Southern California Minority Real Estate Development Program. |
