Charlie Marsh received his Master of Science in Education form Central Missouri State University in 1974. He holds certifications as a Special Education Teacher and as a Law Enforcement Instructor. Has served as an instructor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Department of Criminal Justice teaching courses in Drug Abuse.

Charlie Marsh was previously certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor and is currently the co-coordinator of the Arkansas Drug Evaluation and Classification Program. His hometown is Kansas City, Missouri.
