Officer Teri Moore has been a Los Angeles Police Officer for four and a half years and has been involved in the DRE program for two years, certifying as an instructor in October 1996. She has worked in patrol with assignments to the hype car and narcotics. In January 1998 she accepted an assignment to the DRE school as assistant training coordinator. Before joining the LAPD, Officer Moore served four years in the U.S. Army Military Police and received a BA degree in English.
