The Northwest Evaluator is published quarterly and edited by Lieutenant Chuck Hayes, Oregon DECP Coordinator. It is published in cooperation with Oregon, Washington, and Idaho DEC programs (Pacific Northwest DECP.)

Its contents are directed toward law enforcement personnel with an interest in drug and alcohol influence issues. The information presented in the newsletter is intended to be current and factual. However, the editors and individual writers assume no liability in connection with the use of this material.
