Blood Alcohol Page: Gives formulas for blood alcohol calculations.
California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training: California POST website.
California District Attorneys Association: The CDDA conducts a variety of training programs for prosecutors, including programs on impaired driver prosecution.
California Legislative Information: This government sponsored site allows you to directly access the text of all California legal statutes, including the Vehicle Code, Penal Code, Business and Professions Code, Health and Safety Code and Harbors and Navigation Code.
California Narcotics Officer's Association: The CNOA Homepage has up-to-date information on drug- related topics.
California Office of Traffic Safety: This site provides information on California traffic safety programs and initiatives.
Canadian Police Exchange: General information for police.
Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse: This is a non-profit organization working to minimize the harm associated with the abuse of alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
Cecil Greek's Criminal Justice Page: Lots of links to law enforcement related sites, from Professor Cecil Greek at Florida State University.
Driver Performance Institutes' California Drunk Driving Page (San Francisco, CA): A defense oriented summary of DUI laws, individual rights, etc.

The Harvard School of Public Health: Information on health related research.
Health Canada: Health information from Canada.
Health and Science News: Associated Press reports on late-breaking health and science news reports.

Institute of Police Technology and Management: Information on training in Driving Under the Influence and DRE.
The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Net: The IACP newsletter, which contains current information for law enforcement professionals.
The Indiana Prevention Resource Center: This is a state-wide clearinghouse for information related to the prevention of substance abuse. They have links to other web sites and offer technical information about drug and alcohol abuse.
Intoximeters Incorporated: Information from the company, Intoximeter Incorporated, and links to other law enforcement sites.
LA Times - Series on the Brain: Los Angeles Times, extensive articles on the brain, neurochemistry, etc.
MADD of Los Angeles County: Mothers Against Drunk Driving, LA County chapter.

The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Research (MAPS): This is an organization that supports the legal use of psychedelic drugs. WE MAY NOT AGREE WITH THIS, but offer it as an information source.
National Clearinghouse for Criminal Justice Information Systems: This site serves as a listing and link to national criminal justice agencies and catalogs topics of interest to law enforcement agencies.
National Criminal Justice Reference Service: A good national database on crime statistics.
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration: This site has a wealth of information on traffic safety issues. It includes easy access to research on alcohol and drug- impaired driving, the fatigued driver, and much more.
National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism: Another resource for alcohol abuse and DWI studies.
National Institute on Drug Abuse: A good source of information on drug abuse and drug use trends.
National Institute of Justice Office of Science Technology: This is a link to the Justice Technology Information Network. They are a gateway for information for law enforcement, corrections and criminal justice technology information.
National Safety Council: The National Safety Council is a non-profit non- governmental organization that promotes traffic safety. They have up-to-date statistics and information on traffic collisions and related issues.
Point Site: The top 5% of the web. This site has an extremely well organized list of links to the best of the internet.
Police Officer's Internet Directory: Lots of links to law enforcement pages.
Prescription List: This is a good internet drug index search engine.
Sacramento County Lab Home Page: They have good information related to the toxicological testing for alcohol and drugs.
Science News: Recent news in science and health - with indexes.
South African Council on Scientific and Industrial Research: The CSIR is the lead research institution of South Africa. They have issued a press release that evaluates the tranferability of the DRE program to South Africa.
UCLA Drug Abuse Research: Information about current research activities and expertise at UCLA.
U of Michigan Periodic Drug Survey: Periodic surveys on drug use incidence.
U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics: A good source on nation-wide crime and arrest statistics.
U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration: You can check this one out for recent drug seizures and drug use information.
United States Federal Statistics: A very comprehensive listing of statistics maintained by the Federal Government
