CITYWIDE ELECTRONIC FORMS - PureEdge VIEWER INSTRUCTIONS
Latest PureEdge Viewer Upgrade Date: January 1, 2002 (if previously installed before this date you must reinstall the Viewer)
Welcome to the City of Los Angeles’s Electronic Forms (E-forms) Repository. The E-Forms Repository is the main entry point to E-Forms used in the City of Los Angeles.
The repository can store several types or formats of E-Forms, the most common being HTML, PDF (Adobe Acrobat) and XFD (PureEdge).
To access selected E-forms you will need to install the PureEdge Internet Forms Viewer. Due to a special license agreement with PureEdge, the Viewer is free. It is highly recommended you review the General Instructions before using the PureEdge Internet Forms Viewer. Please review the following requirements and instructions:

Minimum Browser Versions:
  • Netscape Communicator 4.0 or higher (excluding 7.X, 6.0 but including 6.1)
  • Internet Exploxer 4.0 or higher
  • Minimum Systems Requirements:

  • Windows 95/98, ME, NT, 2000
  • Pentium 133 Processor, Recommended: Pentium 200
  • 24 MB of RAM, Recommended: 32 MB
  • Disk Space 10 MB
  • Disk Space for installation 20 MB

    Estimated Download Times (Download time varies by quality of connection and actual speed of modem):
  • DSL/Cable Modem - One (1) Minute
  • Dial-up Line (56 Kbps) - Fifteen (15) Minutes
  • PureEdge Viewer DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
      1.  Click: DOWNLOAD PureEdge VIEWER
      2.  Click: Save if using Internet Explorer or Save File... if using Netscape
      3.  Select the location where you want to save the ICSV460KG.EXE file
      4.  Click: Save

    PureEdge Viewer INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
      1.  Access the location where the ICSV460KG.EXE file was saved (Item #3 above)
      2.  Double Click on ICSV460KG.EXE
      3.  Follow the installation Wizard
