OFF TRACK YOUTH ENRICHMENT PROGRAM The Off Track Youth Enrichment Program is implemented by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks and funded by a Community Development Block Grant. Since 2000, this program has been instrumental in providing beneficial nutrition, education and recreation programs to school-age children who are off track (on vacation) from their year- round school. The Off Track Program provides lunch, learning opportunities and most of all, fun in a positive, healthy and supervised setting. This "FREE" year-round program operates at 15 Recreation Centers throughout greater Los Angeles Monday-Friday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Children can attend everyday while they're off track from their year-round school. QUALITY PROGRAMS FOR FREE
