banquet - any of your events that calls for plenty of room for dining

Pre-Event and Post-Event Charges: |
| A fee will be charged for any use of the facility before or after the event for activities including food handling, decorating, set-up, deliveries, extra clean-up, pick-up, etc. |

Parking Capacity: Friendship Auditorium 207 parking

Payment of Fees: The total amount of all rental
fees and deposits shall be paid in full no less than 60 days prior
to the scheduled date of use. Otherwise, the event will be canceled.
Payments must be in the form of Cashiers Check or Money Order.
Insurance: Insurance may be required for your
event. Check with Hall Manager.
