Enter the Friendship Auditorium and you'll immediately be struck by its spaciousness and convenient layout. The Friendship Auditorium is ideal for large weddings, wedding receptions, retirement parties banquet - any of your events that calls for plenty of room for dining or dancing.

RENTAL FEES AND CHARGES

A. Rental Fee: * Rates:
1. Monday - Thursday
  1st 3 hours $1120.00*
  Each Additional Hour $  165.00
2. Fridays - Sundays
  1st 4 hours $1550.00*
  Each additional hour $  215.00
3. Saturdays and Day prior to a Holiday **
  1st 4 hours $1850.00*
  Each additional hour $  265.00
4. Holiday **
  1st 4 hours $2030.00*
  Each additional hour $  301.00
* Rental fees include security guard services and a refundable building deposit of $500.00
** HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
B. Alcohol Policy:
We will have you contact our contracted bar service for current rates and options. The bar service must provide ALL beverages.
C. Pre-Event and Post-Event Charges:
A fee will be charged for any use of the facility before or after the event for activities including food handling, decorating, set-up, deliveries, extra clean-up, pick-up, etc.
  Monday-Thursday $ 75.00 per hour
  Fridays, Sundays $125.00 per hour
  Saturday, Holiday, Day Prior to Holiday $175.00 per hour
D. Minimum Payment to Guarantee Reservation:
Payable within ten (10) days of the initial reservation.
  Monday $750.00
  Sunday, Holiday $750.00
E. Cancellation Fees:
1. Cancellation prior to 60 DAYS of event 50% of refundable deposit
2. Cancellation within 60 DAYS of event 50% of use fees
3. Postponement $125.00, two times maximum, cancellation fee thereafter
F. Rehearsal Fees:
Outdoor Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled within 60 days of your event on Monday through Thursday 4pm-8pm $150.00 flat fee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Parking Capacity: Friendship Auditorium 207 parking spaces

Payment of Fees: The total amount of all rental fees and deposits shall be paid in full no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled date of use. Otherwise, the event will be canceled. Payments must be in the form of Cashiers Check or Money Order.

Insurance: Insurance may be required for your event.  Check with Hall Manager.
