The Travel Town Museum offers unique opportunities for your next family party or special event. Rent one or both railroad passenger cars remodeled for parties: Pennsylvania Dining Car #4418 (built c. 1925) or Southern Pacific Chair Car #2513 (built in 1910); both cars can accommodate approximately 40 people, are air-conditioned for pleasant summer gatherings. Each car comes with banquet-style tables, chairs, and are complete with an “on-board” refrigerator. Plenty of free parking is available at the Museum. For an additional charge, you may choose to reserve a picnic area at Travel Town. Have your next family or company special event at the Travel Town Museum. The historic railroad cars are the perfect spot to have that well-remembered birthday party or that one-of-a-kind business meeting. After your event, guests can explore the Travel Town Museum, or the many attractions in Griffith Park. The Travel Town Museum is also available for after-hour rental for large scale events.
